Fighting An Unfair Parking Fine: Lessons Learned Defending Myself In Court

After receiving an $268 parking fine which I felt was unfair, I decided to plead NOT GUILTY and fight the fine in court. With no prior experience at defending myself in court, against a council Prosecutor and his Parking Officer Witness, this is the true story of how, in over my head, I had my parking fine dismissed.
